2003 Mercedes Benz E320 engine idles rough

When sitting at a stoplight or stop sign with my foot on the brake my engine idles so rough it makes the steering wheel vibrate. I also feel rumbling under my feet.

i have a 2003 f-150 it idle rough and it says open loop
change idle air control valve,did fuel flush,but it still runs rough and it stallout.
