2002 Dodge Caravan fan is running when van is off, why?
Description: It's a hot day, we did errands for a few hours, had the air on the whole time. We were in and out most of the morning. Got home & the van is off but the fan is running. Turns on & off, but is on a lot. Now the van doesn't want to turn over. Any ideas why?
