Previous had particals in fuel filters - thought that was the problem - new lines, new electrical connections w/# 6 silver solder all conections -batteries up full charge.Did have a plug wire connector not fastened securely and was firing against the block.The Engine starts to loose power (sharp decline in RPM) as soon as I tac over 3000 RPM
