I have a 2001 Safari Minivan - Within the last few months I replaced all break pads front and back, installed new rotors everything was working fine until lately a problem has developed. When I am breaking the van slows smoothly until the last 20mph or so then the pedal sinks a bit and the van jerks to a stop. I recently removed all the wheels and did a visual inspection, checked to fluids and all seems OK. What do you think the problem could be?
