2000 bayliner capri blown fuse or something please help starter solenoid replacement

2000 bayliner capri 3.0 i just replaced the starter solenoid when rehooking up the two top plugs on the solenoid i got a spark. since the spark i have no power to anything almost like it blew a switch or fuse? i checked all fuses under dash and none of them are blown? what to do now? i know my battery is fine because my tilt trim and trailer are all working. not sure what the problem is and how to correct it please help!!!!!

I have a 98 Bayliner Capri 5L and just had the same problem - I was replacing the alternator, got a spark, then no power anywhere. The solution was that there is a fuse (a black square plastic terminal) located on the starter solenoid hot terminal - a 55 amp fuse. The wire from that fuse feeds everything electric after the engine. I blew the fuse - so it needs replacing. There are many fuses depending on your model/engine/EFI. I found the fuse locations in the owners manual - http://www.baylinercustomercare.com/manuals_index.html - look for the section 'Electrical System Overload Protection'.
