   make sure the momma has enough milk for both of them. if she does then you could try to hold the other girl back and let the other eat. it may be that the one is pushing the other out of the way and getting all the milk. the diarrhea unless it goes on for a long time then i would just watch her closley and make sure she stays hydrated. good luck
