The mansion is constructed of tan limestone and it has twenty three rooms, out of which there are eight bedrooms and bathrooms. Presley later purchased this property and after purchasing it there are many modifications which were made for the best fit and need. It famous features are wrought iron gate, a swimming pool, a racquetball court and a famous jungle room. The special feature about the jungle room was that it had an indoor waterfall. In October 1976 , the Jungle room was converted into a recording studio and it is the same place where Presley recorded his final two albums of his musical career.
