My car runs fine but will not start when left out over night unless the engine is faced down hill.

    Hi, How are your battery cables? Are they in good shape? Could be your distributor got wet from all that ice and so water. You could get a repair manual from any parts store for around $20.00 and then it will explain what to check. Or else you maybe should take it to a shop and let them do a check. I don't know how much you know about cars, if you have the tools, time and a garage to do all this. I am not saying you can not handle this. But you need this car running too. Hope this helps
