    Hi, This is an external problem.P1134 is telling us that upper O2 sensor on bank 1 -which is firewall side- is responding slow and needs to be replaced. P0705 is showing the transmission range switch -which is located on the top of the transmission just under the battery tray- has given up. That is why the shifter indicator lights acting weird. Replacing these two parts will take care of your problem. Thank you
