   Hi, just put a distributer in a 5.7 same as the 4.3 pretty easy on the crank pulley there is a mark and one on the engine looking at the front of the engine it will be at the one o'clock position the distributer has a 6 and 8 when you install the distributer make sure the 6 or 8 lines up with the rotor when install the computer compensates upto 11 or 17 degrees i can't remember works great and easy straight from the gm manual
