1998 Chevrolet Blazer LT 4x4 heating. air condition works great,but when you put it to heater it

air condition works great,but when you put it to heater it still blows cold air,theres no problem with the heater core or anti freeze in the truck,im stumped on what it could be,please help me solve this issue.
