1997 Odyssey cigarette lighter fuse

The radio and the cigarette lighter quit working simultaneously. All fuses in the inside fuse panel under the dash and the one under the hood are good. Is there another fuse box elsewhere in the vehicle, if so, where? If not, what could cause this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
