1989 cavalier high idle

I have a 1989 Cavalier with a 2.0 engine With 158,401 km. My Problem is when you first start it the idle is normal. But when it warms up the idle is extreamly high. Even when the car is in drive ( you don't even need to press the gas to get it to 50 km/h.) What could be causing this? I was told to check the o2 but i am certin it was replaced not too long ago.
