1976 ford ltd fuse panel?

I am unable to locate the fuse panel of my Ford Elite 1976 model. Actually head lights and wipers are not working properly. One of my friends suggested me to replace the fuse panel. He said that these problems are usually because of fuse panel and asked me to replace it. Would you please help me to find it? Thanks!

Fuse panel must be located under the hood of the car or under the dash board of your Ford Elite 1976. I recommend you to call car electrician who knows to fix the problems of old car.
