1976 CJ5 last plug isnt getting fire quick enough

we have replaced motor, carburetor, distributor, wires, plugs, it ran great first day and now has the miss back. we cant get rid of it. and are out of alternatives

    also your jeep should run a coil used to control electrical you can get aftermarket ones to boost the power of your spark. if it is really bad one you may see your gauges flicker at times or may feel sluggish at times pulsing like cruise control kicking gas on and off

    have you tried timing gun to check timing. slowly turn distributor untill timing mark is matching the light pulses.
