    I would make it a comedy (like a "Whose Line Is It Anyway?") - something like "Oh, my gosh! Austin Powers has accidentally dropped an AFB (Atomic f**t Bomb) on our town/school! We have to implement our disaster plan for biohazard containment immediately!" That way, it's practicing a serious process but not taking it too seriously and freaking anyone out. Oh . . . feel free to alter that Austin Powers scenario!
