I work for a GM dealership and trust most of the service writers and techs, except I confused with my recent repair order. I get a mild vibration intermittenly when traveling 65+ mph. I told them I can't tell if it's suspension or engine related. I realize this could be a number of things. My first guess was alignment or tire balance issue. Anyway, they came back claiming a loose front left wheel bearing and rusted right inner tie rod. I took it home to look at it with my father, whose more mechanically inclined than I am and neither of the tie rods looked rusty at all and the hub seemed to be on solid. Any suggestions, am I getting screwed?
